A resume is a one page document that provides a summary of an individuals' skills, experiences and education. Think of it as an ad to show potential employers how AWESOME you are.

Using References
Who should be one and how many do I need to have?

Try to have at least 2 references, typically 3 are listed

Ask someone who knows you well, some possibilities: teacher, coach, club advisor, supervisor from volunteer experience or current employer

Make sure you check with your references to make sure it’s ok to list them and you have their updated contact information (phone number, email and address)
