The Business Services Department is responsible for the financial, operational and transportation requirements of the District. Those responsibilities include the following:

- Bids, State and Federal grants
- Financial reports for Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction
- Wisconsin Retirement System and Post Retirement Employment Benefits
- Payroll for approximately 750 employees
- Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable
- Management of Food Services
- In-District Student Transportation
- Property Management
- Safe and healthful facilities
