Families with school-age children who are new to the community, and families moving within the school district are encouraged to enroll as soon as possible. Families with questions about school boundaries may call the Thomas A. Lenk Educational Services Center, 715-424-6700, for assistance. If a student has special education needs, additional information is available by contacting Pupil Services at 715-424-6724.
4K-5 Elementary Enrollment Information
School registration for grades 4K through 5 is accomplished any time throughout the year by visiting the WRPS Enrollment Center located at 311 Lincoln Street. Questions may be directed to our Enrollment Coordinator Jean Westover at jean.westover@wrps.net. Please be prepared to complete the below paperwork by printing and completing at home or in person at the District Enrollment center.
These forms should only be used for enrollment if your students(s) will be attending school in person between now and June 2025. Registrations for the 2025-2026 school year need to be completed online.
Grades 6-12 Enrollment Information
Students in grades 6-12 can register during the school year and approximately two weeks before school begins in the fall. Please be prepared to complete the the below paperwork by printing and completing at home or in person at time of enrollment.
