Citizens and Delegations interested in making public comment at a Board of Education meeting may do so either by completing this electronic form and then checking in with the Board of Education Secretary upon his/her arrival before the regular Board of Education meeting begins at 6:00 p.m., or by filling out a paper form on the day of the meeting with the Board Secretary. To allow everyone a chance to speak to the Board, the order of the speakers and the time allowed for each individual will be determined by the Board President, but individuals are generally limited to 3 minutes to make their commentary.
