Grove Operates a School Wide Title I program. Highly qualified school personnel work with students and parents to create a School Family that supports the academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and physical growth of students. Tiered supports and interventions in the academic areas of Language Arts and Math are available to all students as are behavior and social/emotional supports. All teachers are considered Title I teachers and play a role in the tiered supports. Ongoing professional development of all staff members and regular, ongoing collaboration are integral components of our Title I plan.
Parent and family involvement is important to the success of our Title I plan. A compact is signed by all stakeholders verifying commitments to support students in growth. Communication with parents comes in many forms including: conferences, progress reports, notes home, and phone calls. Families are encouraged to become involved in the instructional program though family events during the school day and after school as well as parent trainings and informational nights.
If you have questions related specifically to Title I, please contact the building Principal or visit the District Title I webpage.
