Employees of the District who believe they have been discriminated against based on race, creed, religion, disability, marital or parental status, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, arrest record, conviction record, pregnancy, membership in the national guard, state defense force or any other reserve component of the military forces of the United States or Wisconsin, or use or nonuse of lawful products off District premises and away from District-sponsored activities, as required by law, shall refer to Board Policy 511 Rule – Employee or Volunteer Discrimination and Harassment Complaint Procedures for detailed information on the steps involved in filing a complaint.
