Regular Full-time: Employees in this category shall include those employees who are assigned to a position on a full-time basis (thirty (30) hours or more per week) for the full calendar year.
Regular Part-time: Employees in this category shall include those employees who are assigned to a position for less than a full schedule of hours (less than thirty (30) hours per week) for the full calendar year.
School Year Full-time: Employees in this category shall include those employees who are assigned to a position on a full-time basis (thirty (30) hours or more per week) for a duration that ranges from approximately thirty-six (36) to forty-five (45) weeks of work per academic year.
School Year Part-time: Employees in this category shall include those employees who are assigned to a position for less than the full schedule of hours (less than thirty (30) hours per week) for a duration that ranges from approximately thirty-six (36) to forty-five (45) weeks of work per academic year.
Temporary: A temporary employee is defined as employee who is hired for a specific period of time and/or for a special project or purpose.
Substitute: A substitute is an employee who fills in for a regular employee who is on a leave of absence.
