Teachers shall not permit to be read to pupils or circulated among them, any advertisement of any kind, nor shall they allow any person to exhibit any book or other article to pupils, nor shall they distribute any books, bills, petitions, other articles, or make announcements of any kind not relating to school, nor shall pupils or others be allowed to sell tickets of any kind in school buildings without the consent of the building administrator. Only announcements of outside entertainment and activities, which the building administrator deems entirely worthy and appropriate, should be occupied by any solicitors or agents, or the exhibition of any books or apparatus except by the consent of the building administrator.
