Welcome to 2026 Summer Academy
WRPS is excited to offer amazing summer opportunities for students to thrive and grow both socially and academically! We believe summer programming should be an integral part of the overall school program which offers a balance of options to support academic, enrichment, or remedial needs of students. Registration is open to all pupils; however, entrance requirements (such as grade level prerequisites) may be imposed for certain classes. Attendance in other courses such as in cases of remedial coursework, may be required for individual pupils.
Summer Academy 2026 Session Dates: June 9 – July 2
All Summer Academy classes for grades 4K - 5 will be held at Woodside Elementary School in 2026.
Again this year, we will have extended day options and lunch for all 4K — 5th grade Summer Academy students!
Students will kick off their morning with exciting grade-level sessions, including a nutritious school breakfast and lunch. They can then keep the fun going with an enrichment session of their choice from 12:00 – 1:30.
**Busing after Summer Academy will only be available at 1:30 when the enrichment session ends. If your student chooses not to participate in the 12:00 - 1:30 enrichment session, you will need to provide transportation at 12:00 daily.
