Learning Targets:   Solve exponential and log equations.

Here are today's notes.

1.  Check and turn in:  Properties of Logs worksheet

2.  Finish in-class task from last week:  9 equation strips - turn in when done.

3.  Reminder from last week:  Choose one of the following to do for homework:  (due Tuesday)

     a.   Partner Task (Easy)

     b.   Mystery Number Worksheet (Medium)

     c.   Partner Task (Challenge)

4.  New in-class task:    Find the Mistake - do any six problems 

5.  New homework:  p519/#3-8, 12 - 19, 24 - 28, 32 - 40, 45, 46   due Wednesday

6.  Begin reviewing for the test, which is Tuesday.    Here is the review sheet.  Here are the answers.   There is a mistake on the answer sheet.  In problem #22, the y⁴ should be in the numerator, not the denominator.     This is the no-calculator part of the review  and here are the answers.
