Learning Targets:  Re-write quadratic equations in vertex form.

Check and turn in:  "Simplifying Complex Numbers"  worksheet and "Completing the Square" worksheet

Reminder:  "Vertex Form and Quadratic Formula" worksheet is due Wednesday.  (Copy attached below.)

There will be a unit test on Wednesday and Thursday.  You will receive a practice test on Tuesday.  The practice test and answers are attached below.

Note:  Wednesday's portion of the test will just be graphing quadratic equations.  The rest of the test will be on Thursday.
