To maintain enrollment in the Health Sciences Program, students need to fulfill the following requirements:
- Achieve and maintain a 95% attendance rate at school and work experiences.
- Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA with no D’s or F’s in Institute classes.
- Participate in at least 100 hours of work experience throughout participation in the Institute.
- Participate in CCHI sponsored events.
- Display appropriate standards of behavior.
- Be to class or work site on time.
- Abide by home-based high school discipline code.
- Be respectful to self, staff, and fellow students.
