Central Oaks Academy is a tuition-free, public school open to all children anywhere in the State of Wisconsin between grades 4K - 8.

After reading the Central Oaks Academy expectations and offerings, please call 715-424-6786 x1500 if you have additional questions regarding our school and the application process. 

Families living outside the school district will need to apply for Open Enrollment prior to completing the Central Oaks Application.
