THINK FAQ

THINK Academy is a school open to any student in the Wisconsin Rapids Public School District and surrounding areas and school districts.  Please contact us about enrollment, and we can answer your questions about how to submit an enrollment form.

THINK Academy is held accountable to the district and to the state through formal data that measures student growth.  Students take the Wisconsin FORWARD Exam and participate in STAR and Pals math and reading tests.  A variety of formative and summative assessments help us monitor student growth and individual needs.

Teachers at THINK Academy study best practices based on how the brain learns.  We look at the strengths and needs of individual students and analyze data in order to formulate plans for enrichment, intervention and remediation where needed.  In this way, we help each child develop and grow in a positive way. THINK Academy believes in growing student confidence and student abilities through shared responsibility in the classroom.
