THINK Academy is a 4K-5 Public School in Rudolph, WI.  The mission of THINK is "Through active partnerships we will create a student centered learning experience rooted in brain-based research where there are high expectations for learners to do their best." We base our work on the following four principles:  Brain-Based learning, Conscious Discipline/Responsive Classroom, and Professional Learning Communities.

We focus on the social, emotional, and academic aspects of learning in order to create an engaging, inquiry based environment which focuses on building positive relationships.  21st century skills of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration are imbedded in our work and technology is woven throughout the curriculum.  

The curriculum is developmentally appropriate.  This means that teachers meet each student where they are, and take them to their optimal learning level.  Lessons address varied interests, needs and abilities.  The development of each child’s confidence as a learner is also an important part of the teaching and learning that occurs at the elementary level.
