Grade 4
All 4th – 6th grade students – 1 Music Folder, 1 pencil and 1 box of Kleenex for the music room. Extra supplies (pencils, colored pencils, erasers, etc.) will be stored at school for use later in the school year.
- 2 dozen #2 pencils
- 2 boxes colored pencils
- 1 set of washable markers
- 5 black felt-tip pens ( i.e. Flair pens)
- 6 red pens
- 2 bottles ELMER”S glue (white – 4 oz.)
- 2 boxes KLEENEX/facial tissues
- 2 highlighters (any color)
- 2 packages pencil tip erasers
- 1 clear plastic ruler (metric and inches)
- 2 set multiplication/division flashcards
- 2 pair pointed FISKAR scissors
- 1 small cloth pencil bag for small supplies (not a box)
- spiral notebooks: purple, yellow, black, 2 green (non-perforated/one subject), 1 red and 1 blue five subject/180 page
- pocket folders: blue, purple, yellow, red, 4 green
- If your last name begins with A – G: gallon sized zip lock baggies
- If your last name begins with H – M: one box quart-sized zip lock bags
- If your last name begins with N – S: one box sandwich sized zip lock bags
- If your last name begins with T – Z: one box snack sized zip lock bags
- PLEASE NO TRAPPER KEEPERS OR 3-RING BINDERS
- SKETCHBOOK FOR ART CLASS (Small enough to fit into desk or backpack)
- 1 pair clean tennis shoes w/non-marking soles (To be kept at school of Phy. Ed.)
- Any other donations appreciated (paper plates, napkins, plastic forks)
