Katie Bielski-Medina was elected to the School Board in 2008.  She is currently an instructor of English as a Second Language in the Academic Support Center at Mid-State Technical College where she has been teaching since 1990.  She has experience in teaching foreign languages (Spanish and German) and has worked in many aspects of Adult Education.  She is also an assistant instructor of tae kwon-do at the Park Institute of Tae Kwon-Do where she holds a 3rd degree black belt.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.  She also has a Master of Science in Human and Community Resources with a specialization in Adult Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
