POSITION: Secretary – Food Service
LOCATION: Food Service – Central Storage
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma and post high school secretarial education
and/or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
3. Good human relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
4. Basic knowledge of office machines.
5. Typing (60 wpm, experience with Word and Excel software preferred.
6. Experience and/or background in accounting and/or bookkeeping preferred.
7. Ability to work flexible hours.
JOB DUTIES: This position is responsible for processing invoices and maintaining financial records. Will process time sheets and maintain employee payroll records. Will type
correspondence and menus, prepare food service reports, answer inquiries, and assist with maintaining MealTime software system.
SCHEDULE: Approximately six (6.0) hours per day, 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., for, 187 days per school year.
WAGE GROUP: Group 6 ($13.96/hr)
POSTING PERIOD: March 8-12, 2010 - 4:00 p.m.
