Forms for Using District Facilities

 

The Board of Education recognizes that school facilities belong to the residents of the Wisconsin Rapids School District.  Therefore, the Board encourages the use of school facilities by local (school district) non-profit and patriotic organizations for intellectual, social, and civic purposes within legal limitations.

Depending upon the type of event/activity you have planned, there may be fees and/or insurance requirements which apply in order for you to use district facilities.  Please refer to Board Policy 830 and 830.1 for further details, or call the Buildings & Grounds office at (715) 422-6035 with questions.
